A device for autohemoreinfusion from the peritoneal cavity in the course of laparoscopic surgery contains the sterile flask with the rubber stopper, the system 2 for blood transfusion comprising polyvinylchloride tube, and aspirator-irrigator 3. The inflow end 5 of the system is connected to the suction pipe 4 of aspirator-irrigator. The outflow end 6 is connected with the sterile flask 1 through the rubber stopper.
