A sludge treatment device is provided to pulverize sludge easily by removing materials surrounding a cell wall effectively, and to recycle the sludge to energy while reducing the amount of the sludge. A sludge treatment device(1) includes an outer container(10), an inner container(20), an inflow pipe member(30), an inlet(40), an outlet(50), a first contraction pipe member(61), an ozone generator(70), a booster pump(90), a first inflow control valve(100), and a second flow metering valve(110). The first contraction pipe member is arranged in an inner circumference of the outer container. The inflow pipe member includes a contraction part. The sludge treatment device includes a plurality of second contraction pipe members(62). The sludge treatment device further includes a raw water supply pump(210) and a original water supply control valve(220). The original water supply pump supplies processed raw water to an original water tank(200). The processed water is flowed to the inflow pipe member. Amount of the processed original water is controlled by the original water supply control valve. |
