A device for checking a high voltage circuit breaker is provided to easily perform a check operation about a mechanical device part of a high voltage circuit breaker by rotating the high voltage circuit breaker with a proper angle. A base part(10) includes a wheel for movement on a ground. The base part includes a fixing member, and is fixed on the ground. A plurality of lift supporting bars is upwardly extended from the base part. The lift frame(20) is installed on the base part. The lift frame is lifted according to the lift supporting bar in order to lift a high voltage circuit breaker(B). A lift driving part(21) is installed in the lift frame. The lift driving part provides a lift driving force to the lift frame. A fixing unit is installed in the lift frame. The fixing unit holds the high voltage circuit breaker. A rotation device part(30) is coupled with the lift frame. The rotation device part and the fixing unit hold the high voltage circuit breaker. The rotation device part and the fixing unit rotate the high voltage circuit breaker as a desired angle.
