FIELD: physics; communication. ^ SUBSTANCE: system and method are described, for making easier dynamic allocations of additional resources for mobile devices in a wireless network environment without need for transmission of substitute allocations. For this purpose, additional allocations can be formed based on information related to the need of a mobile device and availability of the resource. Also, there can be confirmation of correctness of allocation, so as to reduce generation of conflicting resource allocation for several devices.
