PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum valve molded to keep an electric potential distribution in the vacuum valve well. SOLUTION: The vacuum valve includes a vacuum insulation container 1, a vacuum metal container 20 sealed to one end opening part of the vacuum insulation container 1, a stationary-side supply-current axis 4 penetrated through and fixed to a bottom part of the vacuum metal container 20, a stationary side contact 5 fixed to the stationary-side supply-current axis 4 end, a movable sealing metal fitting 3 sealed at the other end of the opening part of the vacuum insulation container 1, a movable-side supply-current axis 7 penetrating through the movable sealing metal fitting 3, a movable-side contact 6 which is fixed to the movable side supply-current axis 7 end and connected to and separated from the stationary side contact 5, a bellows 8 of which one end is sealed to the intermediate part of the movable side supply-current axis 7 and the other end is sealed to movable side sealing metal fitting 3, an insulating layer 12 installed at the outer periphery of a vacuum metal container 20 and the vacuum insulation container 1, and a ground layer 13 installed at the outer periphery of the insulating layer 12.
