SOLUTION: A liquid crystal drive circuit 20 is provided with a precharge output circuit 23 independently from a video signal output circuit 21, and an output video signal Vrgb and output precharge voltage Vp are both clamped. An inversion black level reference voltage Vh and a non-inversion black level reference voltage Vl are commonly used in a video signal output clamp circuit 22 for clamping the output video signal Vrgb and a precharge output clamp circuit 23 for clamping the output precharge voltage Vp.
