PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a concrete-based panel, which enables the concrete-based panel such as an ALC panel to be firmly and stably mounted on a top surface of a seam-fastened type folded-plate roof. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of the concrete-based panel, the many concrete-based panels 2 with an approximately rectangular plane are mounted in an arranged state above the seam-fastened type folded-plate roof 1. The mounting structure is equipped with a supporting frame 3 which is engaged with each of edges on the end sides of the mutually-opposed long sides of the respective concrete-based panels 2, so as to support the panel 2. A downward U-shaped leg piece 4, which is integrally fixed on the undersurface sides of the plurality of longitudinal locations of the supporting frame 3 by welding etc., is placed on the upper section of the folded-plate roof 1 astride a seam-fastened section 11 of the folded-plate roof 1. A neck portion 11a of the seam-fastened section 11 is fixed in an anti-coming-off state by being sandwiched between fixing bolts 5 and 5 which are screwed into the opposed sides of the U-shaped leg piece 4, respectively.
