PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide rail of a vehicular seat capable of fixing a bracket on a rail by the laser beam welding. SOLUTION: When the position of a seat side bracket 2 is determined with respect to an upper rail 3, the laser beam welding is started. The laser beam welding is performed at several parts while the welding bead 6 after the welding forms an angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the seat side bracket 2. By thus performing the welding while forming the angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the seat side bracket 2, the heat energy by the welding can be received with sufficient surface.
