The invention relates to measuring engineering and can be used for determination of multi-dimensional characteristics of non-linear systems (NS) of Volterri class with distributed parameters. Device for determination of N-dimensional characteristics of non-linear systems (NS) includes N-channel synthesizer of test signal, adder inputs of which are connected to outputs of synthesizer, following band filter (SSF), support generator output of which is connected to support inputs of synthesizer and SSF, connected in series multiplier, integrator and voltmeter and switch output of which is connected to support input of multiplier, and the first and the second inputs of the switch – to in-phase and square outputs of SSF, respectively. The device includes as well controlled non-inertial non-linear block (BNB), at that output of the adder is connected to input of BNB output of which is input of SSF, and i-th input of NS under investigation j-th output of which is connected to signal input of multiplier. Controlled BNB is implemented by circuit of resistive cascade on unipolar transistor tetrode with common source. The invention provides increase of level of accuracy of measurements and increase of functional possibilities. |
