A system for exchanging an internet reply among web sites is provided to easily read replies registered in different web sites according to the same bulletin information. A user terminal(200) outputs a web page for registering a reply on a screen. The user terminal receives replies that members register about the same information in different information providing servers. The user terminal separately transmits the replies registered in the information providing server and URL information of the web page. A reply exchange server(100) receives the replies and URL information which are separately transmitted. The reply exchange server classifies the replies and the URL information per bulletin information of the web page. When the user terminal outputs a specific web page, the reply exchange server transmits replies of members about the same information as bulletin information of the web page to the user terminal.
