PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a microorganism producing human Fc receptor FcγRI in an industrial scale, and to provide the FcγRI by carrying out the production of the human FcγRI by utilizing the new Fc receptor production system.

SOLUTION: The human FcγRI can be expressed in large amount without carrying out the operation for solubilization or the like of the human FcγRI by preparing a polynucleotide in which a codon of the polynucleotide encoding the human FcγRI is converted from a human type to a Bacillus bacterium type, and transforming the plasmid vector into which the polynucleotide is inserted into the Bacillus bacterium.
