<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller and a power steering device wherein the number of components can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A current target value for controlling a brushless motor is computed form a torque target value for the brushless motor and the rotating shaft speed of a rotating shaft.
