<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground wire branch terminal and distribution panel which reduce the workload for measuring ground resistance after grounding as much as possible and to check very simply whether or not the grounding is implemented correctly and besides whether or not a ground system functions normally over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The ground wire branch terminal 300 is equipped with: a common conductor 601 which electrically connects a ground wire connecting terminal with a protective ground conductor 201, a joint which electrically connects with an electric circuit on the load side of a transformer 100 and a ground system, a voltage application section 301 which applies a voltage between the electric circuit and the ground system, a current detector 302 which detects a current that flows between the electric circuit and the ground system, and a determinations section 303a which determines that the ground system is connected when a current is detected by the current detector 302 and determines that the ground system is not connected when the current is not detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
