<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new word dictionary generation thin client system having high utility value to a user. <P>SOLUTION: This new word dictionary generation thin client system 80 has a mobile terminal 10, and a server 50. The mobile terminal 10 has an information processing part 20, and a temporary storage part 30. The information processing part 20 has: a communication part 203 transmitting/receiving a character input history; a data reading-writing part 202 updating the character input history; and a character input application part 201. The temporary storage part 30 has a character-inputting data part 301 including a character input history part 302, a basic dictionary part 303, and a new word dictionary part 304. The server 50 has an information processing part 60, and a storage part 70.
