PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery mounting device capable of realizing exchange of a battery pack without cutting off a power source of an electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The device includes a main body 31 having a connector part 32 electrically connected with a mounting part 3, a battery mounting panel part 33 equipped with a first battery mounting part 43 having a first battery pack 4 mounted on its one face, and a second battery mounting part 44 having a second battery pack 4 mounted on the other face, and a support mechanism 34 supporting the battery mounting panel part 33 in free rotation around the main body part 31 so as to be in a first state in which the battery pack can be mounted on either the first or the second battery mounting part 43, 44, or a second state in which the battery packs 4 can be mounted on both the first and the second battery mounting parts 43, 44, respectively.
