PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ash adhesion preventing method for a boiler facility juxtaposed to a furnace, and the boiler facility juxtaposed to the furnace that can surely prevent adhesion of ashes to a boiler heat transfer surface in the boiler facility juxtaposed to the furnace where furnace desulfurization is performed. SOLUTION: The boiler facility juxtaposed to the furnace is constituted to introduce combustion exhaust gas to a boiler 3 after burning fuel in the furnace 1 and blowing a desulfurizing agent therein to carry out desulfurization in the furnace, and to exchange heat between the combustion exhaust gas and a heat medium through the boiler heat transfer surface. A management limit value (temperature) set taking into account deviation (σ) to the average value of a deliquescence start temperature based on the correlation between the deliquescence start temperature and moisture concentration of a deliquescent substance included in the ashes of combustion exhaust gas and on its dispersed state is computed corresponding to a parameter of moisture concentration, and the management limit value (temperature) corresponding to the moisture concentration in the combustion exhaust gas estimated beforehand from fuel components is set. The lower temperature end temperature of the boiler heat transfer surface is monitored by a temperature detecting means 21, and thermal energy control based on the temperature of the heat medium or flow regulation is performed by a control device 5 so that the monitored temperature is the management limit value (temperature) or higher.
