PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball joint reducing abrasion of a resin sheet. SOLUTION: This ball joint has a ball stud 18 for arranging a spherical head part 23 having an outside surfaced of a spherical surface shape in its end part, the resin sheet 17 covering the outside surface of the spherical head part 23 and slidably holding the spherical head part 23, and a housing 16 for storing the spherical head part 23 and the resin sheet 17. The spherical head part 23 of the ball stud 18 is formed via a cutting process, and a processing mesh 45 formed on its outside surface extends in the substantially orthogonal direction to the rocking direction D1 of the ball stud 18.
