SOLUTION: In the driving gear-driven gear meshing structure, a pair of elastic deformation parts 61 of a stopper rubber 6 which is arranged in a rotary member 5 fixed to a balance shaft consist of the acceleration side elastic deformation portion 61A located on the side where a collision protruded part 31 collides during the acceleration of the driven gear, and a deceleration side elastic deformation portion 61B located on the side where the collision protruded part 31 collides during the deceleration of the driven gear. The peripheral length of the acceleration side elastic deformation portion 61A of the elastic deformation parts 61 held between the collision protruded part 31 and a supporting part 53 is 2-5 times that of the deceleration side elastic deformation portion 61B. The radial length of the acceleration side elastic deformation portion 61A on a peripheral outside end face 611 where the collision protruded part 31 collides is greater than that of the deceleration side elastic deformation portion 61B.
