PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply an application liquid with a concentration according to need. SOLUTION: Bristles 4A constituting a brush bristle material 4 are deformed to project in random directions respectively, so that when applying the liquid to applied hair with a brush body 5, and after applying the liquid with parts of bristles 4A of the brush bristle materials 4, this constitution can prevent the operation of other bristles 4A of wiping out the applied liquid therefrom to averagely, smoothly and uniformly apply the application liquid to the applied hair at a necessary concentration.
