PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornamental lighting device enabling a user to enjoy lighting-up motions of the whole light-emitting devices right after a power source is turned on. SOLUTION: The ornamental lighting device has a plurality of light-emitting devices connected in parallel with wiring cables for supplying voltage, and a power source device for supplying the voltage to the plurality of light-emitting devices via the wiring cables. Each of the plurality of light-emitting devices has a light-emitting section and a light-emitting control section.
