摘要 <p>FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electrolytic metallurgy. The method consists in anodic coating of metal surface by forming plasma micro-arcs; also at early stage of anodic coating there is formed a layer containing polymer not conducting current; this polymer transforms into a layer of gel wherein micelles of gel are oriented in correspondence with electro-magnetic field. Rupture of coating does not occur during anode coating and large pores practically do not form; while the anode layer is created by means of gel layer decomposing and by oxidising of sections of metal surface.
