<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for microwave cooking which controls the inner pressure of the container in cooking by steam pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure, and is inexpensively manufactured with the use of only two components. <P>SOLUTION: The container 10 for microwave cooking only includes only two components of a container body 20 for storing food and an upper lid 30 fitted to the container body 20. The container body 20 includes a projection 40 for pressure adjustment, which is arranged at the center position and extended inward. The upper lid 30 includes a recession 50 for pressure adjustment, which is arranged at the center position and extended inward from the upper surface. A steam discharge hole 38 is arranged in the bottom of the recession 50 for pressure adjustment, and constitutes a pressure adjustment mechanism together with the projection 40 for pressure adjustment. Thus, the container 10 for the microwave cooking is provided, capable of controlling steam pressure force inside the container in cooking to be equal to or more than the atmospheric pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
