<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage place operation planning device and an operation method for satisfying long-term needs such as the load leveling in the product moving operation of a plurality of storage places. <P>SOLUTION: This storage place operation planning device is provided with: a carry-out lot creation processing means for inputting order data unallocated to a storage place and order data allocated but not carried in the storage place, and for creating carry-out lot data; a product movement frequency evaluation value creation processing means for inputting carry-out lot data created by the carry-out lot creation processing means and storage place accumulation state data, and for creating the total number of times to move the product generated when physical distribution equipment carries in and carries out the product within a schedule period and moves the product and when the order of stacking in the storage place is changed, as an evaluation value; a carry-out lot/storage place allocation processing means for deciding the combination of the unallocated carry-out lots and the storage places so as to minimize the movement frequency or to level the movement frequency between the storage places on the basis of evaluation functions using the evaluation value created by the product movement frequency evaluation formula creation processing means; and a storage place instruction processing means for outputting the combination of the carry-out lots and the storage places determined by the carry-out lot/storage place allocation processing means as an operation instruction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
