<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing dephosphorized molten iron with which the dephosphorized molten iron containing little phosphorus in the molten iron can efficiently be obtained and also, non-slagging lime in the slag after dephosphorizing treatment can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the dephosphorized molten iron by applying the dephosphorizing treatment to the molten iron 2 under pressure includes: a pressurizing process for pressurizing the molten iron 2 in a refractory-reaction vessel 1 by turning the refractory reaction vessel 1 into the pressurizing state; and a reaction supplying process for supplying the oxygen source and a lime source of the lime as the main composition, to the molten iron 2 in the refractory reaction vessel 1 turned into the pressurizing state. In the molten iron 2in the reaction material supplying process, a basicity as (CaO/SiO<SB>2</SB>) value of CaO divided with SiO<SB>2</SB>, is controlled from 1.89x<SP>-1.21</SP>to 1.5, wherein x represents pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
