<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the deterioration of wireless communication condition resulting from reflection or diffraction of electromagnetic wave. <P>SOLUTION: A communication evaluating unit 132 produces a condition parameter which indicates the wireless communication conditions of LSI 53 and LSI 54 while a communication unit 133 supplies the condition parameter produced by a communication evaluating unit 132 to the communication unit 161 of a supervisory control unit 71. Then, the communication unit 161 obtains the condition parameter supplied by the communication unit 133 and a driving control unit 162 controls the driving of a driving unit based on the condition parameter obtained by the communication unit 161.
