<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen apparatus capable of improving the flexibility in the design of the kitchen apparatus by reducing the size of a setting opening bored on a counter-top and capable of securing an excellent heat discharging structure. <P>SOLUTION: A body casing 4 of the kitchen apparatus has an air inlet 13 for sucking cooling air into the body casing 4 from the front side of a cabinet 2 by a fan 12 disposed within the body casing 4, and an air outlet 14 for discharging cooling air passing through the body casing 4 to the outside. The kitchen apparatus has an exhaust part 11 disposed at a position separated from a cooking top 5 on the counter-top 9.
