PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor in a case which suppresses a crack in resin filled in the vicinity of an electrode plate extracting part of an opening the case. SOLUTION: In the opening 7 of the case 1, resin plates 6, projected outwardly from the inside of filled resin 3 are arranged along the electrode plates 4. According to the arrangement of the resin plates 6, stress exerted on the filled resin 3 due to the elongation and contraction of the electrode plates 4 is mitigated, and as a result, the crack in the resin 3 filled in the vicinity of the extracting parts of the electrode plates 4 is suppressed.
