PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a movable contact capable of conducting multi-stage motion switching which can switch at least three circuits and has a small number of components, and is compact in size and can move at a high-speed stroke. SOLUTION: The movable contact for the metal multi-stage motion switching comprises a central round plate, a circular frame plate surrounding an outer periphery of the central round plate via a gap, a pair of connecting plated connecting an inner peripheral edge of the frame plate and an outer peripheral edge of the round plate on a straight line passing through the center of the round plate, and a pair of legs arranged by extending outward the frame plate on a straight line from the pair of connecting plates. The movable contact for the metal multi-stage motion switching also has a first switch contact arranged on at least one of the pair of legs brought into contact with a first fixed contact at the time of pushing the central round plate at a first stroke only, a second switch contact arranged at a peripheral edge of the central round plate brought into contact with a second fixed contact by reversing an inclination of the whole periphery of the frame plate at the time of pushing the central round plate at a second stroke only, and a third switch contact arranged on the central round plate brought into contact with a third fixed contact by reversing the central round plate at the time of pushing the central round plate at a third stroke only.
