PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of being connected to the interface of a personal computer or a CPU such as PC/AT or the like and being extended, and to provide a method and a device applying it. SOLUTION: An access method for emulating operations of a hardware to access a hardware and a memory, as shown in the representative drawing, connects the hardware including the memory to an interface, and sets a sequential value to an interface to emulate the operation of the hardware, accessing to the hardware and the memory.
