PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of bonding and fixing a shaft member 2a for supporting and fixing a pair of sensor units 19A<SB>2</SB>, 19B<SB>2</SB>to the lower end of a pair of front forks 1a, 1b to a desired rotation angle position. SOLUTION: A key 32 is bridged between an inside key groove 30, formed on the one end outer circumferential surface of an outer cylinder 28, constituting the shaft member and an outside key groove 31, formed on the inner circumferential surface of a holding ring 10c. A projection part 34, formed on one spot in the circumferential direction on the axial direction outer end face of the holding ring 10c, is engaged with a recessed part 33 formed on one spot, in the circumferential direction on the lower end inside face of one front fork 1a.
