PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection device capable of detecting various errors with respect to an ideal scanning position and independently adjusting those errors to perform ultrasonic flaw detecting inspection of high accuracy. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic inspection device 1 includes an ultrasonic transducer 17, an integrated type ultrasonic transducer control part 6, a distance controlling actuator 15, an inclination controlling actuator 16, and an integrated type ultrasonic transducer 2 wherein distance measuring sensors 18a and 18b are integrally constituted. The integrated type ultrasonic transducer 2 calculates the error of a scanning position based on preliminarily produced scanning route information and the ideal scanning position and independently controls the distance between the opening surface of the ultrasonic transducer 17 and the inspection region of an inspection target 19, and the inclinations of them on the basis of the error.
