PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator for combining a stable operation at a set temperature and energy-saving. SOLUTION: A setting means 6 is disposed to set a time to keep a temperature value and a rotational frequency for changing the rotational frequency of an invertor compressor 1 one step up. Thus when an aerial temperature gradually rises, the compressor is operated with the rotational frequency one step up at a high temperature as close as possible to a set temperature, and the change of frequency is not repeated beyond necessity.
