摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensing device capable of detecting a substance to be detected in a sample with high precision and high reproducibility. SOLUTION: The sensing device has a prism, a metal film arranged on one surface of the prism, a substrate in which a flow channel for supplying the sample on the metal film is formed, a light source for emitting light which includes a predetermined wavelength region for generating an increase field to the metal film regardless of the sample, an incident light optical system for making the light emitted from the light source incident on the prism at an angle totally reflecting the light from the light source by the boundary surface of the prism and the metal film, a spectrum adjusting means for bringing the light incident on the prism to a spectrum distribution wherein the maximum intensity of the spectrum in the predetermined wavelength region becomes 1.1 times or lower than the lowest intensity, and a light detection means for detecting the light of the metal film.
