FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of coffee substitutes production technology and the method of instant powder for girasol-herbal beverage that includes preparation of girasol, its cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, rye grain frying, mixing of girasol and rye grain in mass ratio 7:3 and cryomilling the obtained mixture in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: method provides for production of coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
