A decolorization device capable of forming various and natural decolorization patterns and a method thereof are provided to offer the decolorization patterns on textile by drying a pattern after coating the textile in which the pattern is formed with water and a decolorant. A decolorization device capable of forming various and natural decolorization patterns on textile includes the followings: a water coating roller(101) forming the patterns on the transferred textile with water coating; a water supply part supplying moisture to the textile; a decolorant feed port(205) coating a decolorant on the water coated textile through the water coating roller; a printing roller(203) forming the pattern; and a drying part(300) drying the textile in which the decolorant is applied.
