<p>An organic light emitting display apparatus is provided to prevent the diffusion of a component, which forms source and drain electrodes, into an active layer by using an aluminum alloy containing a nickel and silicon as the source and drain electrodes. An active layer(110) is formed on a substrate(101), and includes silicon. A gate electrode(112) is insulated from the active layer, and is formed on the substrate. Source and drain electrodes(115,116) are insulated form the gate electrode, and have a signal layer structure electrically connected to the active layer. The first electrode(130) is electrically connected to the source and drain electrodes. An organic light-emitting layer(140) is formed on the first electrode, and a second electrode(150) is formed on the organic light-emitting layer. The source and drain electrodes include an aluminum alloy containing nickel and silicon.</p> |
