<p>A frequency reuse apparatus in a wireless communication system and a method thereof are provided to configure neighboring frequency bands in different channel structures, thereby reducing collision probability between channels with a neighboring cell. A transmission resource is comprised of one or more resource reuse pieces(201). One or more resource reuse pieces are resources allocated to each resource reuse piece. Environment information of a cell or a sector for allocating resources of the resource reuse pieces is checked(203). A resource reuse rate of each resource reuse piece is controlled according to the environment information of the cell or the sector(205,207). The transmission resource is one among a frequency resource, time and code resources, and frequency and time resources.</p> |
