PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an accuracy for detecting microorganisms, especially the accuracy for detecting the microorganisms on an active collection. SOLUTION: A cartridge (1) has: a body portion (2) having a grid portion (7) and a circular wall (8) crossing and surrounding the grid portion; a culture base layer (3); and a flexible fluid-tight film (4) pulled to cover the surface of the end portion of the circular wall (8) to fix the surface of the end portion of the culture base layer (3) in the early period.
