The machine has electrical equipment constituted by a radial magnetic bearing, a lined/over molded electrical motor or a lined/over molded magnetic suspension system. A stator (150) is equipped of a hermetic liner (101) and an over molded covering (190) to protect a surface of the stator. The liner or the covering is retrieved on the surface placed opposite to a rotor (102) presenting removal parts (111) with respect to ends (155) of polar parts (154) defining an air gap (2) located between the stator and the rotor, where the parts (111) are distributed on circumference of the stator.
