An ejector embedded fuel cell system is provided to maximize the hydrogen recirculation amount, to reduce volume and weight remarkably and to improve fuel efficiency and stability. An ejector embedded fuel cell system comprises a multi-stage series cartridge ejector(100) which is inserted and mounted to the fuel electrode manifold(34) of a fuel cell stack(10). The fuel electrode manifold is extended from the high-pressure hydrogen supply port(32) formed at the end plate(18) of one side to the hydrogen recirculation line(36) formed at the end plate of the other side. The exit side of the fuel electrode manifold and the hydrogen recirculation line are connected by additional pipe, and a blower is mounted on the pipe.
