A laminated piezoelectric element (1) is provided with a laminated structure (7) wherein a plurality of piezoelectric layers (3) are laminated by having internal electrodes (5) in between. The laminated structure (7) is provided with an opposing section (11) where an internal electrode (5a) on an anode side and an internal electrode (5b) on a cathode side adjacent to each other oppose in the laminating direction, and a non-opposing section (13) which is a portion other than the opposing section (11). The non-opposing section (13) is provided with a porous section (19) having a porosity higher than that of the internal electrode (5).
