An exchange work providing method and a server thereof on internet for reducing personnel cost are provided to supply exchanging work without supplying additional personnel cost. A reception unit(110) receives labor exchange request information from a requester terminal. A transmission unit(180) transmits the received exchange of work request-information in one or more provider terminal. The receiver receives the exchange work information offered corresponding to the exchange of work request-information from one or more provider terminal. The transmission unit transmits one or more exchange of work information offered corresponding to the received exchange of work request-information as described above in the requester terminal. The receiver receives the selection information about the exchange of work information offered selected between one or more exchange of work information offered from the requester terminal. |
