A fixing device of a hydraulic pipe of a construction machine is provided to reduce working time due to being not interfered by a swing motor using a block for the return pipe returning working oil of a main control valve to a pressure-oil tank or an oil cooler. A fixing device of a hydraulic pipe of a construction machine comprises a first return joint pipe, a second return joint pipe, a block for a return pipeline, and a third return joint pipe. The inlet of the first return joint pipe(10) is connected to a main control valve(1). The outlet of the second return joint pipe(11) is connected to an oil cooler(5). The block for a return pipeline(13) is mounted on an upper frame(6) between a frame(12), in which a boom is fixed, and a swing motor and is connected to the inlet of the first return joint pipe and the outlet of the second return joint pipe. The inlet of the third return joint pipe(14) is connected to the block for the return pipe and the outlet of the third return joint pipe is connected to a hydraulic tank(2). |
