BUFFER AND ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY USING THE SAME

A buffer and an organic electro luminescent display device using the same are provided to exclude the influence of the capacitor component and the parasitic resistance by preventing the delay of the output signal. A buffer(400) comprises an input unit(410), the first inverter(420), the second inverter(430) and an output unit(440). The input unit is arranged between the first and second power sources. The input unit receives input signal and outputs the first signal. The input unit has one to three transistors. The source of the first transistor(T1) is connected to the first power source. The drain of the first transistor is connected to the first node(N1). The gate of the first transistor is connected to the input terminal. The source of the second transistor(T2) is connected to the first node. The drain of the second transistor is connected to the source of the third transistor. The gate of the second transistor is connected to the second power source. The source of the third transistor(T3) is connected to the drain of the second transistor. The drain and the gate of the third transistor are connected to the second power source. The first inverter is arranged between the first and second power sources. The output unit is arranged between the first and third power sources.
