HAIR CONDITIONING COMPOSITION

A hair conditioning composition containing cationic carbomer, cationic surfactant and high level alcohol is provided to ensure excellent hair conditioning effect. A hair conditioning composition comprises 0.1-5 weight% of polyacrylate-1 crosspolymer cationinc carbomer, 1-10 weight% of glyceryloxyhydroxypropyl alkyldimonium chloride cationic surfactant; and 1-10 weight% of high level alcohol. In the chemical formula 1, R is straight or branched alkyl group of C12-18, alkenyl group, their combination. The hair conditioning composition further comprises low level cationic surfactant of the chemical formula 3.
