Cosmetic preparation comprises: a polymer A made from the monomers such as vinylpyrrolidone, tert-butylacrylate, methacrylic acid, dimethylaminopropylmethacrylamide and methacryloyloxyethyldimethylethyl ammonium ethylsulfate, where the amount of methacrylic acid is lower than the amount of dimethylaminopropylmethacrylamide and the polymer is neutralized with a suitable acid; a cationic surfactant and/or cationic polymer B1; and a non-ionic surfactant with polyoxyethylene- and/or polyoxypropylene-units.
