A grain roaster is provided to uniformly roast grain while the grain is being in the air and to induce perfect combustion, thereby improving the quality of a product. A grain roaster comprises a cabinet(110), a grain inlet(120), a roasting unit(130), a hot-air blower(140), a grain-hull remover(150), a hot-air heater(160), a grain cooler(170) and a controller. A cover is openably installed on the cabinet. The grain inlet is located in the upper part of the cabinet. The roasting unit is equipped with a transparent roasting drum(131) to roast grain while the grain is being in the air. A user can observe and check the state of the grain roasted through the transparent roasting drum. The hot-air blower has a hot-air channel through which the gas generated in the roasting unit can be rapidly exhausted. The grain-hull remover is installed on the hot-air channel and induces the grain hulls to be charged to the outside. The hot-air heater heats the mixed air of the discharged air by the hot-air blower and the outer air and supplies the hot air to the roasting unit. The grain cooler receives the falling grain and cools off it when a grain-support pulling unit(171) is open. The grain-support pulling unit is installed in the lower part of the roasting unit. The controller can control a roasting time, a roasting temperature and a cooling time according to consumer preference. |
