A vapor trapping type food wastes drying apparatus is provided to minimize the smell of food in a drying process by directly heating up food with heat and convection by using a glass heater instead of a hot air mode. A vapor trapping type food wastes drying apparatus(100) comprises a drying container, a heater part(170), a lid part(150), a cooling coil(115), a collecting container(117), and an exhaust pipe(119). The drying container contains the food. The heater part heats the food of the drying container in a thermal radiation mode. The lid part comprises a heater part inside. The lid part seals the drying container. The cooling coil cools the exhaust gas ejected in the drying container and liquidizes the exhaust gas in the cooling coil. The collecting container is connected to the cooling coil. The collecting container collects the liquefied component with the cooling coil. The exhaust pipe communicates the collecting container and the drying container. The exhaust pipe returns the exhaust gas to the drying container. |
