A water treatment device and a method thereof are provided to improve processing efficiency of raw water while improving removal efficiency of flocs, and to maintain size of micro pores uniformly. A water treatment device includes a screen tank(100), a reaction tank(200), a bubble generating part(300), a flock collecting part(400), a floc removing part(500), a discharge level adjusting part(600), and a discharge tank(700). The screen tank removes adulterations included in raw water. The reaction tank forms sludge to the floc with a coagulant. The reaction tank includes a circulating pump, an air inlet valve, a pressure pipe, an air vent, and a pressure valve. The flock collecting part collects flocs with micro bubbles. The flock removing part removes the flocs by dehydration. The discharge level adjusting part adjusts a discharge level of raw water. The discharge tank discharges foreign materials included in the raw water after filtration. |
