<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete block composite body capable of making water flow out from a reservoir for greening by effectively utilizing bulk coal ash produced in a thermal power generation plant to use a concrete block with high water absorbing and retention properties. <P>SOLUTION: The block composite body is equipped with a U-shaped block 3 as the reservoir 1 of water on the upper part and concrete blocks 2 and 2 having water retention property or water permeability on the lower part thereof. A porous mortar layer is formed on the surface of the surface of the block, and it is so constituted that a proper amount of water is made to flow out from a pipe 7 provided to the bottom of the reservoir 1.
